What is One Pixel Fame?

One Pixel Fame is a digital wall where you can purchase and display a pixel tile forever. Each tile shows your image, name, caption, and social media link for the world to see.

• Your tile becomes part of a permanent, public digital display
• Anyone can view the wall online at any time
• No user accounts or logins required
• All content is user-generated and publicly viewable

Your Submissions

When you submit content to One Pixel Fame, you're responsible for everything you upload. Here's what you need to know:

• You own it: You must own or have rights to all images, text, and links you submit
• Keep it clean: No illegal, hateful, pornographic, or copyright-infringing content
• No editing: Once approved and displayed, tiles cannot be edited
• Moderation: All submissions are reviewed by AI and humans before going live
• Removal: We may remove tiles that violate these terms at any time

Payment & Refunds

• Secure payments: All purchases are processed securely through Stripe
• Non-refundable: Once your tile is approved and displayed, purchases are final
• No guarantees: We don't guarantee your submission will be approved

Rights & Ownership

You keep the rights to your content, but by submitting to One Pixel Fame, you grant us permission to:

• Display your content publicly on the wall forever
• Modify the layout, compress images, or adjust formatting as needed
• Use your content to promote the platform (with attribution)

Content Moderation

We use OpenAI's moderation tools and human review to keep the wall appropriate for everyone. We reserve the right to:

• Reject submissions that don't meet our standards
• Remove content that violates these terms
• Hide or delete tiles without notice or refund
• Update our moderation policies at any time

No Guarantees

One Pixel Fame is provided "as is" without any guarantees. We don't promise:

• Perfect uptime or availability
• That your tile will always be visible
• That the wall will exist forever
• That the service won't change or be discontinued

Limitation of Liability

One Pixel Fame is not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to user content, third-party links, or service interruptions.

Privacy

We collect minimal data - only what you voluntarily submit. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
