• Display your tile publicly on the wall for everyone to see
• Process your payment and verify your submission passes moderation
• Prevent spam, abuse, or offensive content from appearing on the wall
• Contact you only if needed about your submission or moderation status
• Keep the service secure and running smoothly

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely and handled responsibly:

• Supabase: Your submission data is stored securely in EU-based servers
• Stripe: Payment processing is PCI-compliant - we never see your card details
• OpenAI: Content moderation happens briefly - no long-term storage of your images or text
• No sensitive data: We don't intentionally store personal information beyond what you submit
• Your control: You can request deletion or correction of your tile anytime via email

Public Nature of the Wall

Important reminder: The wall is completely public and visible to anyone online.

• All approved submissions are visible to everyone on the internet
• Don't submit private information or images you don't want shared
• Once displayed, tiles may be permanent unless removed for policy violations
• Your tile becomes part of a public digital display forever

Third-Party Services

We use a few trusted services to make One Pixel Fame work:

• Stripe: Secure payment processing (PCI-compliant)
• Supabase: Database and image storage hosting
• OpenAI: Content moderation API for filtering inappropriate content

Each provider has its own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies if you're curious.

Data Retention

Here's how long we keep your data:

• Your submissions: Stored as long as One Pixel Fame exists (potentially forever)
• Log data: IP addresses and technical info kept for up to 30 days for security
• Contact emails: Kept until you request deletion or the conversation ends
• Your control: You can request permanent removal of your tile anytime

Your Rights

You have control over your data:

• Request access to see what data we have about you
• Ask us to correct any incorrect information
• Request deletion of your tile and associated data
• Contact us with any privacy concerns or questions

EU and UK residents: You have additional rights under GDPR including data portability, restriction of processing, and the right to object. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children's Privacy

One Pixel Fame is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect or store data from minors. If you're under 13, please don't use our service.
